Ashihara Shuttle and Tours is a Cape Town based company that was founded by Aysha Harnekar-Narker. The company specialises in shuttles, medical  and adventure tours

She has degrees in pharmacy and atmospheric sciences, studied dietetics and has work experience in both the government and private sectors.

The company offers a range of tours as well as an airport shuttle service to and from the hotel, hospital pick-up and drop offs and post operative home care. Their aim is to make medical tourism available to people from across the world.
